The Math Haiku Project welcomes submissions of haiku from both students and teachers, as well as other interested adults. Please submit using one of the forms at the bottom of the page. The standard form is for ages 13+. Students under 13 should use the “Under 13” form, so that we can be COPPA-compliant.
Each form submission may include only one haiku. To submit multiple haiku, please fill out the form once for each. Teachers who wish to submit multiple haiku from a classroom, please email us at contact@mathhaikuproject.com.
Please note that all work by individuals 13 or over posted on our site will be licensed under a Creative Commons BY license. This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the creator. The license allows for commercial use.
For individuals under 13, all rights are retained by the author.
The Math Haiku Project cannot pay for your haiku contributions.
Haiku about any area of math are welcomed as are haiku about the individual’s experience of mathematics. However, we do not post haiku that express negativity about mathematics.
